No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been successfully delivered. All sales are considered final.

Due to the nature of our business and supply chain, we are unable to offer returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or preference

  • Product no longer needed

  • Minor color or design variations (which may occur due to screen/display differences)

Refunds (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional situations:

  • The product received is damaged at the time of delivery

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging

If your claim is approved after verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded

Non‑Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non‑refundable:
